🔌 Project Leader – Cables

A leading player in the Belgian energy sector is seeking a Project Leader to manage high-voltage cable infrastructure projects across East & West Flanders.

🛠️ Your Mission

You’ll lead projects involving high-voltage substations, lines, and cables (380, 220, 150, 70, and 36 kV), from definition to execution and closure.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting technical studies and calculations
• Budgeting and planning with resource alignment
• Preparing tender documents and supporting procurement
• Coordinating on-site execution with internal and external stakeholders
• Reporting on project progress and milestones

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• Master’s in Electrical or Electromechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience)
• Strong interest in technology and the energy sector
• Experience in project management or site supervision is a plus
• Excellent Dutch required; knowledge of other national languages is a strong asset
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
