What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be the friendly face and sharp mind behind the scenes, making sure goods move seamlessly across borders. You’ll:

• Coordinate customs services from start to finish—think order acceptance, document collection, and customs clearance.
• Ensure import/export declarations and transit movements are completed accurately and on time.
• Deliver financial activities related to Customs House Brokerage with precision.
• Present data reports to management, customers, and internal teams.
• Build strong relationships with customs authorities and stakeholders.
• Share your knowledge, support your teammates, and help drive customs-related projects.
• Receive top-notch training to help you grow and cover all accounts in the team.

• Detail-oriented with strong administrative skills.
• Experience or certification in customs.
• Familiarity with local customs authorities and software.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and Outlook.

• Fluent in Dutch and English.
