Executive Assistant

Robert Half Talent Solutions is currently looking for an Executive Assistant (m/f/x) for a permanent position based in Brussels .

Our client is a fast growing company active in the real estate sector .

As Executive Assistant (m/f/x) you will be responsible for:

• Managing calendars and scheduling appointments, meetings, and business travel;
• Preparing meetings by organizing agendas, documents, presentations, minutes, and follow-ups;
• Handling email and phone correspondence, responding to inquiries, and ensuring timely follow-up;
• Organizing national and international travel logistics, including flights, hotels, and transportation;
• Maintaining confidential files and managing sensitive information with discretion;
• Acting as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders;
• Assisting with event planning, such as board meetings or shareholder assemblies when necessary.

The required profile for the Executive Assistant (m/f/x) position:

• Bachelor's degree in Office Management, Executive Support, or equivalent professional experience;
• At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a corporate or international environment;
• Highly organized, adaptable, and capable of thriving under pressure;
• Fluent in Dutch, French, and English (written and spoken);
• Strong discretion, professionalism, and ability to work autonomously;
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
