We're looking for an experienced Project Manager who can align stakeholders, manage budgets and timelines, and deliver impactful business and technical solutions in a fast-changing environment.br/ br/ h2Responsibilities /h2 ul liScope management: ul liEnsure client needs are fully addressed and delivered within agreed requirements /li liChallenge and manage scope changes during project lifecycle /li /ul /li liCost management: ul liDefine project budget with all stakeholders /li liSecure approvals through governance bodies /li liTrack variances and challenge overruns to stay within budget /li /ul /li liTime management: ul liBuild realistic project plans with clear deliverables and resources /li liSecure commitments from different departments /li liMonitor and challenge delivery to ensure timely results /li /ul /li liRisk management: ul liAnticipate and address risks proactively with corrective actions /li liEscalate issues early to management and stakeholders for resolution /li /ul /li liReporting communication: ul liMaintain continuous communication with management and impacted teams /li liEnsure stakeholders are always fully informed of project status /li /ul /li liPeople management: Lead and coach one or more virtual project teams across departments /li /ul br/ h2Requirements /h2 ul liDegree experience: ul li5+ years proven experience as a dedicated Project Manager in complex environments /li liSuccessful delivery of multiple end-to-end business/technical projects involving IT development /li /ul /li liTechnical skills: ul liFamiliar with PMI, Prince2, and Agile methodologies /li liStrong command of MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Access /li /ul /li liAttitudes behaviors: ul liStrong leadership and ability to manage virtual teams /li liComfortable with uncertainty and change; composed under pressure /li liSkilled in conflict management and ambiguity resolution /li liAutonomous, proactive, and results-driven /li liSolution-oriented mindset with ability to handle a range of project types /li /ul /li liLanguages: ul liDutch (required) /li liFrench (required) /li liEnglish (required) /li /ul /li /ul br/ h2Why join? /h2 br/ Work on impactful projects at the heart of Belgium's Telecom ecosystem.
