Futerro is active on the whole PLA (Poly-Lactic Acid) value chain, mastering all PLA’s life cycle from manufacturing to recycling, and backs a large set of customers in the field of bioplastics with a specific focus upon the ecological transition and circular economy. In our Sales & Research Center in Brussels we are looking for a Junior Sales Manager PLA Bioplastics. Description de la fonction As Junior Sales Manager, you will support our mission to develop a profitable PLA bioplastics business. In this context, you will support the sales team in achieving sales targets and expanding our customer base. Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company goals Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with our strategy roadmap and guide opportunities through the sales funnel Work in close collaboration with marketing team and application development team to ensure that adapted technical solutions are developed and offered to customers Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials/campaigns Participate in sales meetings and training sessions Participate in trade shows, conferences, and engage with stakeholders to promote PLA, fostering collaborations and partnerships Sales Geographic region: Bachelor’s degree in Business and/or Engineering Three years’ experience in sales with a proven track record Technical background with experience in plastics/bioplastics industry (packaging, automotive, healthcare, additive manufacturing, etc.) Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Familiarity with CRM software A human sized company encouraging autonomy and team spirit
