Your responsibilities

  • Management and coordination of pharmaceutical engineering projects at the Puurs site (on-site presence).
  • Maintain effective communication with all project stakeholders: internal teams, business clients, engineering firms, and contractors.
  • Managing tasks and resources with a sense of prioritization & CAPEX budget management (>€5M)
  • Operate confidently in a customer-supplier dynamic, aligning engineering, business, and external partners.
  • Build and integrate high-performing project teams by bringing together internal resources and external engineering offices.
  • Understand and manage the operational impact of shutdowns on business activities.
  • Provide strong leadership in Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) performance and compliance.

Your profile

  • Master Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering (Automation, Electronics, Mechanical, or related field).
  • 5 years + of professional experience in the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical sector.
  • Proficiency in English and Dutch.
  • Proven experience in technical project coordination, stakeholder communication, budget & risks management.
  • Ability to navigate industrial environments with multiple stakeholders and regulatory constraints.
  • Strong team-building and leadership skills.
  • Very good awareness of EHS standards and practices.
