Tools Engineer

As a Tools Engineer, you will play a key role in accelerating and automating our software development, testing, and release processes. You will enable the continuous delivery of high-quality software and updates. Your expertise will be crucial in helping the engineering department raise and maintain the quality of our deliverables and the maturity of the department itself.

• Infrastructure Setup: Setting up and configuring development tools and infrastructure for an efficient CI/CD pipeline.
• Maintenance and Stability: Maintaining the operational stability of the CI/CD infrastructure in collaboration with the IS/IT department.
• Automation and Improvement: Defining and implementing best practices to automate and enhance our development, testing, release, and support processes.
• Cybersecurity (DevSecOps): Identifying and deploying cybersecurity measures by continuously performing vulnerability assessments and risk management.
• Expertise and Support: Providing expert guidance on tools for both internal teams and customers.
• Facilitating Collaboration: Promoting seamless communication and interaction between software engineers, testers, and the IS/IT department.
• Innovation: Recommending new tools and processes to improve our quality and velocity, based on market trends and corporate best practices.

your profile

You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software Engineering with at least 3 years of relevant experience.

Your technical skills include:

• Proficiency in Linux (CentOS/RedHat, Ubuntu) and shell scripting.
• Knowledge of a modern DevOps toolchain: Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, Prometheus, Grafana.
• Familiarity with databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB), web components (NGINX, httpd), and enterprise systems (ERP, PLM).

You are a proactive, well-organized, and autonomous team player with a strong interest in cybersecurity and software quality.

You are a native French speaker with professional proficiency in English.
