IT Office Coordinator – Brussels (On-site)

We are hiring an IT Office Coordinator in Brussels to support our IT Leadership team. This is an administrative and coordination-focused role, not a technical IT manager position – ideal for someone highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident managing information and communications across a busy IT function.


What you’ll be doing as IT Office Coordinator in Brussels:

  • Preparing and updating reports, presentations, and documentation for the IT leadership team
  • Tracking actions, chasing updates, and ensuring follow-ups are completed on time
  • Supporting meeting organisation, agendas, and minutes
  • Acting as a central point of contact for internal IT communication and information flow
  • Providing general administrative support to the IT Leadership Office


What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience in an administrative, coordinator, or PMO support role
  • Strong PowerPoint, Excel, and reporting skills
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking ability
  • Clear communication skills and the confidence to chase for updates when needed
  • Fluent in English (other European languages are a plus)


Package & Benefits:

  • Salary up to €85,000 per annum
  • 10% annual bonus
  • 10% pension contribution
  • Car allowance
