What specifically do you do as a Sustainability Coordinator at LCL?

As Sustainability Coordinator, you will participate in sustainability projects (a.o. analyze and optimize current processes, Close the Gap, etc.) and provide support in embedding sustainability within the different divisions of the company. You will collaborate on the design of a progressive ESG strategy in line with LCL's values. You support the company in achieving sustainability labels (e.g. Ecovadis). You contribute to the reduction of our environmental footprint and help our company comply with EU CSRD laws and regulations on environment and sustainability, specifically within the data center industry. You will continuously follow the sustainability trends, technologies, evolutions and legislation and ensure timely reporting and implementation. We do our annual sustainability report according to the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD). Finally, you will participate in the development of an online training program that reflects LCL's ESG trajectory.

Is this something for you?

• You have a master's degree;
• You have an inexhaustible passion for sustainability;
• You have strong analytical skills and experience reporting sustainability data;
• You have the ability to be persuasive and defend positions diplomatically and assertively;
• You communicate clearly and transparently both internally and externally;
• You work closely with the various departments;
• You are eager to learn and have a solution-oriented way of thinking;
• You can work independently as well as in a team;
• You have good oral and written language skills in English/Dutch, French is a plus.
