🤠 What you’ll be doing

• Lead stakeholder interviews to uncover business needs and user challenges
• Facilitate strategic workshops, including design thinking and co-creation sessions with clients
• Translate business objectives into clear user requirements and experience strategies
• Plan, conduct, and synthesize user research, including interviews, usability testing, and field studies
• Conduct innovation workshops and persona-based brainstorming with clients
• Design and present high-level UX recommendations, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to senior stakeholders
• Act as a strategic partner for business analysis and service design initiatives
• Define and implement user testing strategies, gather feedback, and iterate based on insights
• Mentor and support junior UX designers, fostering team growth and knowledge sharing
• Champion user-centered design principles across projects and within client organizations

🤓 Skills & qualifications

• 5+ years of proven experience in user experience design, with a strong portfolio of impactful projects
• Strong strategic mindset with the ability to link business objectives to user experience outcomes
• Expertise in user research methodologies, design processes, and UX best practices
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills, including presenting to senior stakeholders
• Experience working in complex environments and on digital products with multiple touchpoints
• Autonomous, proactive, and able to take full ownership of your projects
• Native FR or NL + fluent in EN
• A passion for designing meaningful, user-centered digital experiences
• A collaborative mindset and natural ability to mentor others
• A healthy dose of humor and a down-to-earth attitude
