Odoo Functional Analyst

Functional analyst – Brussels:

Location: Auderghem, Brussels, Belgium

Squareflow is a growing digital consultancy founded in 2020 by entrepreneurs with a shared passion for technology. We help businesses create value through smart, scalable Odoo-based solutions. With a growing number of integration projects for mid-sized and large companies, we are now expanding our Flemish delivery team.

You’ll join at a strategic moment to shape both client solutions and internal delivery practices.

Your mission:

As an Odoo Functional analyst, you listen with care and build an in-depth understanding of the client’s context and needs, mainly for our Flemish speaking clients. Then you propose the most suitable solution.

What you'll do

• Lead workshops to gather business requirements
• Dare to challenge
• Be the crucial link between your business stakeholders and your colleagues from the developer team to translate pain points into integrated Odoo solutions
• Translate client requirements into a proper Odoo configuration
• Define and document the testing strategy and coordinate test execution
• Design training materials and documentation for users, and train new users using a "train-the-trainer" approach
• Support end-users during the implementation of the new system
• Manage an IT project from A to Z and coaching project team members
• Deliver structured and educational demonstrations to business teams
• Actively contribute to Squareflow’s day-to-day growth

We are looking for:

• 2 years or more of relevant experience: Project manager - business analyst – functional analyst ERP or another complex muti functionalities SaaS solution.
• Fluent or full professional level of Dutch, good knowledge of French and English
• Master's degree in a relevant field (Business, Economy, Digital, etc…) or bachelor with equivalent through experience.
• First relevant experience with Odoo or any other ERP system.
• Genuine interest for Odoo and motivated to learn if no experience in it.
• Able to work independently and in a team, with a "Can Do" mentality
• Responding creatively and pragmatically to challenges
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
