Solution Analyst – Initial 3-Month Contract

📍 Location: Brussels or Antwerp

📅 Contract: Initial 3 months (possible extension)

About the Role

RED Global is proud to partner with a leading organisation seeking experienced Solution Analysts to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-impact projects in a dynamic, agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into clear, prioritised requirements and user stories.
• Lead functional and technical analysis to ensure quality, compliance with standards, and seamless system integration.
• Perform impact and gap analyses, recommending effective solutions.
• Provide accurate workload estimates and support project delivery within Agile frameworks.
• Guide project teams through all phases, including testing, defect resolution, and configuration changes.

Key Skills & Experience

• Master’s degree in IT or equivalent professional experience.
• 3–5 years in a similar functional and technical role.
• Strong expertise in Non-Life / Claims products (minimum 3 years).
• Experience working in Mainframe / CICS environments.
• Broad insurance knowledge beyond Non-Life domains.
• Proficiency with Enterprise Architect & Jira.
• Excellent communication skills with a proactive, collaborative approach.
• Agile mindset with experience in SCRUM methodologies.
