Senior D365 CE Consultant – Belgium

I’m working with a leading Microsoft Partner in Belgium who is looking for an experienced Senior Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Consultant to join their growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on end-to-end CE projects with enterprise-level clients, while enjoying the flexibility of only 1 day per week in the office (either Antwerp or Ghent).

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading D365 CE implementations from requirements gathering to go-live
• Advising clients on best practices, solution design, and optimisation
• Working closely with technical teams to deliver tailored, high-quality solutions
• Providing training and ongoing support to end-users

What we’re looking for:

• Strong track record delivering D365 CE projects in a consultancy environment
• Deep understanding of CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing)
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Fluent in Dutch and comfortable working in a client-facing role
