Role Responsibilities

1. Identify and manage investment opportunities in telecommunications infrastructure
2. Establish first contact with sellers, conduct negotiations, and guide the process through to contract signature
3. Independently manage a pipeline to achieve set objectives
4. Analyze potentially attractive sites under transmission towers and review related lease agreements with mobile operators
5. Contribute actively: propose initiatives and ideas to improve processes, offerings, or strategic focus
6. Recognize market trends in mobile telecommunications and integrate them into the strategic approach

In short, as a Site Acquisition Agent you will:

• Find locations: identify and approach landowners or building owners with telecom infrastructure
• Negotiate deals: manage discussions from first contact to contract signing
• Build relationships: maintain deal flow (the pipeline) and contribute to achieving growth ambitions
• Analyze sites: map out contract terms and assess the strategic value of locations
• Think along: bring ideas to improve the company’s processes and strategy
• Follow the market: spot trends and translate them into opportunities

You have a background in real estate or telecom (preferably both), are commercially driven, independent, and an excellent communicator. You enjoy working in a fast-growing, ever-changing environment.

Desired Profile

• Experience in site acquisition and/or real estate, particularly in commercial or real estate lease agreements
• Experience with an operator, or site acquisition company is an asset
• Excellent negotiation skills and strong commercial acumen
• Independent, entrepreneurial, strong communication skills, and a team player
• Proven track record in achieving results within a dynamic, fast-changing environment
• Language requirements: very good knowledge of French & English is mandatory (Dutch is a plus)
