Freelance Partnership Manager

Location: Belgium – Hybrid possible - Liège / Hasselt (3 days in the office)

Languages: Fluent in Dutch or French + strong command of English

Intro:

We are looking for a Partnership Manager with a passion for growth and collaboration. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of building and optimizing strategic partnerships that drive brand visibility, increase sales, and unlock new business opportunities. You’ll work cross-functionally to ensure every collaboration delivers measurable value.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and secure new high-impact partnerships that drive commercial growth.
• Strengthen and manage existing partnerships to ensure long-term success.
• Take ownership of price comparison platforms: manage product visibility, pricing, rankings, and promotions.
• Co-lead joint sales and marketing initiatives with partners to maximize impact.
• Analyze performance data and refine strategies for better results.
• Shape and execute a future-ready partnership strategy, including goal-setting, budgeting, and action planning.
• Proactively scan the market for new trends and potential partners.
• Create and drive collaborative projects with both current and new partners.
• Lead contract negotiations and manage SLAs to optimize partnership value.
• Monitor and report on the commercial impact of all partnerships.

Experience & Competences:

• Proven track record in building and managing commercial partnerships.
• Background in sales and marketing, preferably with retail or comparison platform experience.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills with a proactive, collaborative mindset.
• Analytical thinking with the ability to translate insights into action.
• Self-starter with a strong drive to deliver results.
• Fluency in Dutch or French, and strong written and verbal English skills.
