About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect for a key transformation initiative within the healthcare sector. You will work on the definition and implementation of enterprise-wide architecture strategies, supporting digital transformation, integration of care systems, and regulatory alignment.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain enterprise architecture roadmaps across clinical and operational domains
• Align architecture with strategic business goals in a regulated healthcare environment
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including IT, security, and compliance teams
• Support system integration, data governance, and cloud architecture decisions
• Ensure architectural alignment with GDPR, eHealth standards, and sector-specific regulations

Profile

• Proven experience as Enterprise or Solution Architect (preferably in healthcare, biotech, or public health)
• Strong knowledge of architecture frameworks (TOGAF, ArchiMate, etc.)
• Familiar with integration landscapes, data flows, and regulatory compliance (GDPR, eHealth)
• Experience in hybrid/cloud environments (Azure preferred)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Able to operate in both technical and strategic settings
