Payroll Manager

Payroll Manager (Hybrid) - Brussels - to €100000 p.a

This global business are actively seeking to hire a Local Payroll Expert to be the Payroll Lead for 8 Payroll Specialists based in France and Belgium responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of payrolls.

You will be responsible for;

• Review and analysis of the latest update payroll legislation for both countries assessing the potential impact and provide the team with relevant updates.
• Performance management, training and development of the payroll team
• Payroll vendor management
• Payroll project support

About you;

• You will have be fluent in French and have a deep knowledge of current French Payroll legislation. Experience of Belgium payroll knowledge would be an advantage.
• Experienced of working within a large payroll environment and with large data sets.
• Strong ERP Payroll systems knowledge with Advanced Excel skills
