Care Support Engineer


At SecWise, we believe cybersecurity only works when technology and people are perfectly aligned. That’s why we’re looking for a Care Support Engineer to support both our customers and internal teams in keeping their digital environments secure and efficient.


What will you do?

As a Care Support Engineer, you’ll be the first point of contact for technical questions and issues. Your time will be split between:

  • Care Support (50%): You’ll manage incoming tickets from customers, analyze issues, and proactively search for solutions.
  • Internal IT (50%): You’ll support our internal operations by managing access, implementing changes, and optimizing security settings.


This role offers plenty of opportunities to grow within SecWise — whether you want to deepen your technical expertise or explore other areas of cybersecurity. We’re looking for someone who’s proactive, independent, and eager to develop their skills.


What do you bring to the table?

  • A degree or proven background in IT security or a related field is a must.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft technologies like Intune, Defender, Entra, Sentinel, Purview, etc.
  • You’re able to perform initial analysis and aren’t afraid to dive into technical investigations.
  • You take initiative, work independently, and enjoy solving problems.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
  • Willingness to work from the office regularly, especially in the beginning (Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays).
