Supply Chain Manager

The ideal candidate is responsible for the optimal operation of our various distribution platforms, tailored to our key product categories: ambient, beverages, frozen, fresh & ultra-fresh, and non-food. Together with our purchasing team, you help define the Supply Chain strategy to ensure we meet both current and future objectives.

Responsibilities

• You create and analyze key KPI reports, monitoring budgets and targets across our different distribution platforms.
• You conduct thorough market research to identify potential logistics partners capable of meeting—and exceeding—the expectations of our chefs and end customers, in line with established SLAs and quality standards.
• You stay up to date with the latest trends in Supply Chain and propose potential logistics innovations.
• You are able to anticipate and monitor stock availability in relation to planned events, seasons, and holidays.
• You drive the continuous optimization of our current logistics processes in collaboration with our suppliers and stakeholders, aiming to reduce costs and improve delivery efficiency.
• You report directly to the Director of Purchasing & Supply Chain.

Our Ideal candidate

• You have a relevant educational background and/or at least 5 years of experience in Supply Chain within the domains of purchasing and Foodservice, Retail, and/or FMCG organizations.
• You are hands-on, a problem solver, and have a results-oriented mindset.
• You are energetic, transparent, take initiative when needed, and are a true team player.
• You don’t shy away from challenges and enjoy negotiating with suppliers and logistics partners to achieve the best possible outcomes.
• You are numerically inclined and analytically strong, especially with Excel.
• You are stress-resistant and maintain a clear overview of your responsibilities within the Supply Chain.
• You are communicative and have a good command of both Dutch and French, spoken and written.
