Product Data Analyst Junior

Your mission

As a Product Data Analyst, you play a key role in structuring and ensuring the quality of product data at Facq. In the short term, you will actively contribute to our strategic migration project to SAP S/4HANA, ensuring data quality, consistency, and proper integration. In the medium term, you will help implement a PIM (Product Information Management) system in collaboration with IT, e-commerce, marketing, and product teams.

This position is a great opportunity for a recent graduate who is detail-oriented, structured, and comfortable with numbers and digital tools.

Your responsibilities

• Collect, structure, and analyze data from supplier contracts, pricing grids, and sales history.
• Identify inconsistencies, duplicates, and anomalies in existing databases.
• Create dashboards and reports (Excel, Power BI) to support decision-making.
• Work closely with business and IT teams to ensure a smooth SAP migration.
• Participate in data validation tests (UAT) before go-live.
• Document data governance rules and cleansing processes.
• Contribute to the development of new Product Data Management processes with internal teams (IT, e-commerce, product & marketing).

Your profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, ideally in business, IT, supply chain, or equivalent.
• Analytical mindset, structured and quality-oriented.
• Excellent command of Excel.
• Comfortable with digital tools and quick to learn (SAP, AS400, Copilot AI, etc.).
• Accuracy, attention to detail, and error detection skills.
• Fluent in French or Dutch, with professional English.
