Do you have an eye for detail and a passion for structure? Wanaka Partners is looking for a Financial & Administrative Support to join our team at our office in Wilrijk (Antwerp). In this versatile role, you will support both our Finance team and Property Managers in the financial and administrative follow-up of a diverse portfolio of real estate assets — including offices, retail, senior housing, warehousing, and hotels.
You will receive a thorough onboarding to help you navigate our systems, tools, and way of working. From there, you’ll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly and efficiently.
Your responsibilities
- Managing the general financial administration of the properties (via our software tool);
- Tenant follow-up and accounts receivable: monitoring rental payments, advance payments, indexations, guarantees, and sending payment reminders and actively calling tenants when necessary to ensure timely payments;
- Managing email inboxes of multiple property files and ensuring accurate follow-up of communications with tenants, suppliers, and owners;
- Preparing and following up on service charge settlements, property tax distributions, etc.;
- Processing incoming e-invoices from suppliers and allocating them correctly to tenants or landlords;
- Taking charge of the administrative management of small building portfolios (e.g. small offices or retail units);
- Preparing payments to suppliers and contractors.

What we're looking for
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy-Fiscality or a similar field (or will graduate soon);
- No prior experience required – we value motivation and eagerness to learn;
- You are perfectly bilingual in Dutch and French; knowledge of English is a plus;
- You are organised, detail-oriented, and communicate in a clear and professional way;
- You have a genuine interest in real estate;
- You can work independently as well as in a team;
- You are proficient with Outlook, Excel, and Word.
