Are you a Quality Engineer passionate about food safety and continuous improvement?
Do you have a background in food, chemistry, or biochemistry, and speak French, Dutch, and English fluently?
We are looking for a hands-on professional who thrives in a dynamic and growing industrial environment. This is a role where you will have real ownership: from auditing and optimizing quality processes to coaching teams on food safety standards and advising management on improvements.
What you will do
- Lead and continuously improve quality and food safety processes across the plant
- Develop and implement procedures and standards (HACCP, audits, compliance)
- Conduct internal and external audits and follow up on corrective actions
- Motivate and train teams to embed a culture of quality and safety
- Identify risks and advise management on quality and food safety investments
Your profile
- Degree in Food Engineering, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in a similar Quality or Food Safety role
- Fluent in French, Dutch, and English
- Knowledge of HACCP required, SAP is a strong plus
- A proactive mindset and a drive for continuous improvement
