Nestled in the heart of the city, this beautifully renovated hotel offers luxurious rooms, a serene spa, charming breakfast, and a stylish bar - all designed to provide comfort with sophistication.
As Operations Manager, you are the driving force behind the hotel’s daily operations. You’ll work in close collaboration with the cluster GM between Hotel Julien and sister hotel @augustantwerp, our Reservations & Revenue Manager and our Meeting & Event Manager to ensure seamless coordination across all departments.
You are the face of the hotel, handling guest inquiries with ease, resolving issues efficiently, and delivering warm, personalised service. You oversee daily operations, conduct quality checks, manage stock and orders, and provide hands-on support wherever needed.
You’ll also lead and inspire a dedicated team of around 10 staff members, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
