We’re hiring a freelance Data Analyst for a major BI program with a long-term vision. You’ll work in a multilingual environment on strategic analytics initiatives that support operational and business decision-making.

🎯 Your Role

As a Data Analyst, you will:

• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and insights.
• Build clear and maintainable data models to support business objectives.
• Design impactful dashboards and reports using Power BI (or equivalent).
• Collaborate on the setup of data governance practices and modeling standards.
• Translate business needs into actionable data deliverables and visual stories.

Bonus points for experience with: Git, CI/CD, unit testing, or data mesh principles.

🛠️ Key Skills Required

• Power BI or equivalent BI tools – 5+ years
• Microsoft SQL Server / MS Fabric DWH – 5+ years
• Advanced SQL & data modeling – 5+ years
• Data governance and modeling frameworks – 5+ years
