Play a key role in optimizing shared RAN infrastructure! In this role, you’ll lead retrofit projects, fix deployment issues, and ensure installations meet the highest technical, environmental, and operational standards. From resolving noise and heat problems to correcting cabinet layouts, you’ll make sure every deployment is built to last.

What you’ll do:

• 🔧 Lead retrofit & deployment clean-up projects to resolve design flaws, including thermal, acoustic, and cabinet configuration issues

• 📏 Create, review & enforce engineering guidelines covering cabinet layout, cooling strategies, multisocket installation, and microcell swaps

• 🛠 Work closely with engineering, build, maintenance, and acceptance teams to validate and implement corrective actions

• 🤝 Act as the link between field operations, engineering, and external partners to ensure feasibility and compliance

• 📂 Review & validate technical documents, from retrofit plans to cabinet swap guidelines

• 🧠 Ensure all non-standard solutions are documented for future reuse

What you bring:

• 🎓 Master’s or experienced Bachelor’s in electromechanics or automation, with a strong hardware focus

• 🗣 Fluent in English + French or Dutch

• 🤝 Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to lead technical discussions with multiple stakeholders

• 🔍 Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement
