About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Analyst to bridge business needs and technical solutions in a dynamic, complex IT environment. In this role, you'll translate business requirements into functional designs, guide development teams, and ensure delivery of high-quality digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and understand business processes and stakeholder needs
• Translate business requirements into clear, concise, and structured functional specifications
• Design solution architectures using conceptual data models and functional modeling tools
• Document user stories, system flows, and technical logic for developers, testers, and end-users
• Guide development teams throughout the implementation cycle, clarifying requirements as needed
• Create and maintain test scenarios and acceptance criteria from both technical and business perspectives
• Support project delivery by identifying risks and reporting on progress
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile (Scrum) environment

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT/business analysis, preferably within complex environments
• Proficient with UML and modeling tools
• Experience with automated testing and build processes is a plus
• Comfortable working within Agile/Scrum teams
• Strong communication and documentation skills
