Description:

Goal of the mission :

• Lead strategic projects of the Regulatory Roadmap related to “Arizona coalition" ensuring timely delivery with a strong focus on budget adherence and the quality of the deliverables.

Expected deliveries :

• Project plans & Timelines
• Stakeholders reporting
• Regular updates to senior management
• Risk and issue logs
• Project status reports

Expected role & responsibilities during the mission :

• Lead and manage strategic projects focusing on Client Regulatory Roadmap and especially Tax related. From initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to project management best practices, methodologies and internal project life cycle

Knowledge :

• Belgian insurance framework
• Belgian Tax framework
• Regulatory project Management methodologies (Agile)
• Project Management tools

Competencies :

• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects related to regulatory matters in a Life Insurance context on time and within budget.
• Ability to thrive in a challenging and complex regulatory environment, demonstrating resilience and adaptability.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
