Your Mission 🎯

• As a Business Analyst, you map out the current (AS IS) and desired (TO BE) business situations to create clarity and direction.
• You facilitate workshops with stakeholders to gather, challenge, and refine requirements.
• As a Business Analyst, you ask the right questions to get to the essence of the problem or opportunity.
• You maintain a clear overview of ongoing initiatives, priorities, and dependencies.
• You translate business needs into functional requirements.
• You support the change management process by guiding stakeholders through transitions.
• You communicate effectively with both agile IT teams and top management.

Your experience 🧙

• Min. 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst, IT Analyst, Functional Analyst, or similar role
• Strong communication skills: able to engage both middle and senior management.
• Comfortable with complexity, with a talent for keeping the bigger picture in view.
• You are familiar with working in an Agile (SAFE) environment.
• You are assertive and curious by nature, you challenge assumptions and explore alternatives.
• Your speak fluent English.
