Job Description

We are looking for

A Dutch-speaking analyst for projects for the Flemish government (NL). At least five years of experience for a long assignment. The analyst is part of a team of developers, architects, test analysts, project leaders and fellow analysts in an Agile team. The developments are happening in Java, and the analyses are written in Dutch.

As an IT Analyst, you are an important pivot in a project. Customers knock on your door with their

digitization questions and wishes that you convert into a workable concept that allows the developers to get started. You closely follow up projects in order to achieve them together with your colleagues to a good end.

More specifically, you understand the business of the stakeholders and translate this into process analyses. You is responsible for defining and assessing needs in order to identify the issues modeling according to a functional and/or technical design. In close consultation with the customer and your team members, you will consider the quality requirements, the impact and risks, the security of the application...

After the functional design, you give direction to the developers by informing them thoroughly and throughout the entire development process. In addition to coordination, you also keep an eye on the quality and inform the project manager of any relevant evolutions that may affect the on the project. You don't lose sight of the customer's priorities.

As an IT Analyst, you understand the needs of the customer and it is obvious that you assist the developers with design and performance of functional tests so that the final result is meets customer requirements. You also support the stakeholders by providing them with the necessary documentation and training.

Your profile

• You have a master's or bachelor's degree in an economic or technical field with
• A first great experience in the IT sector. You have a certain technical baggage developed in, for example, analysis methods, RUP, Scrum, data management, development, ....
• You are an excellent discussion partner on different levels. Your strong communication skills make you the ideal mediator between the stakeholders and the IT experts.
• You are typified by an analytical and synthetic mind.
