Our creative and strategic agency Serviceplan, part of our Brussels-based House of Communication (labeled Great Place to Work) is looking for an Account Executive to work on a new client in the electronics retail sector across Belgium and the Netherlands.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting the Account Manager in building positive interactions with our client, ensuring clear communication and understanding of client needs.
• Developing strong relationships with clients by understanding their business goals and objectives.
• Collaborating with creative teams to develop innovative campaign concepts that align with client vision and strategy.
• Preparing detailed budgets, plannings and estimation updates elaborated in close collaboration with the different teams.
• Monitoring project timelines and budgets to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of campaigns.
• Staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and competitive landscape to inform strategy.
• Reporting to an Account Manager.

Qualifications and requirements

• At least 2 years of experience working in an advertising agency environment.
• Good understanding of how campaigns are built and executed, and what it means to work for clients in a fast-paced setting.
• Responsible and naturally takes ownership of tasks and deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Eager to learn and grow in a team-oriented environment.
• Good communicator with a collaborative and open attitude.
• Being a Dutch native speaker is essential, as well as a strong command of English.
