Project Administrator

For our client active in the automotive sector, we are looking for a Project Administrator in Zaventem to join the Homologation team.

Job description:

• You give administrative support by creating manuals, guidelines, technical materials and assist with visualizations.
• You handle administrative tasks such as archiving, organizing meetings, and preparing schedules.
• You coordinate with designers to gather the necessary information for testing.
• You participate in meetings related to the homologation process.
• You download documentation from different databases and upload it to SharePoint.
• You make sure the technical data in Certificate of Conformity (COC) & EREG base files are processed correct.
• You collect planning materials for test vehicle selection (check in with designers and share test results).
• You collect approval certificates for different components.

Who are you:

• An interest for the automotive industry is good to have for this position.
• An engineering/technical background is also a great plus!
• You are accurate and organized.
• You pay attention to details.
• You can plan your work autonomously, to achieve results within a set deadline.
• You can manage different projects at the same time.µ
• You are fluent in English (verbally and written).
• You have good computer skills: Excel, Sharepoint, Outlook.
