Supply Chain Project Coordinator - Product Transfers (Pharma)

Hybrid (Netherlands) | Full-time | 6 months Contract

We’re looking for a detail-driven coordinator to join a global Supply Chain team and lead product transfer projects across manufacturing sites and markets. You’ll be the bridge between planning, quality, regulatory, logistics, and artwork - ensuring that supply stays stable through every phase of transition.

What you’ll do:

• Own and execute supply chain transfer implementation plans
• Lead coordination with local & global teams (planning, QA, RA, logistics, etc.)
• Ensure seamless transitions between sending and receiving sites
• Anticipate risks, build contingency stock plans, and maintain clear communication

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of supply chain experience (preferably pharma or FMCG)
• Strong knowledge of E2E supply chain processes
• Confident with ERP systems (SAP a plus), Excel, and project tools
• Excellent English communication skills and stakeholder management
• Proactive, organized, and cool under pressure
