Requirements:

EQF Level 6 qualification: Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 3 years of higher education)
Proficient in English; French proficiency is a plus
Experience in one or more of the following within IT projects: documentation, training, testing, or user support
Skilled in producing user manuals, developing tutorials (written and video), and delivering training sessions
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working with both business users and technical teams
Strong grasp of IT systems, with the ability to translate user requirements into technical deliverables
Proven experience in developing IT tutorials is mandatory
