What you’ll be doing

• Execute manufacturing activities for cell and gene therapy products in compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements
• Operate cleanroom equipment and maintain aseptic techniques throughout production processes
• Carry out cell culture, viral vector handling, and other advanced bioprocessing steps
• Support technology transfer and process scale-up activities
• Document all operations accurately in batch records and associated GMP documentation
• Collaborate closely with Quality, Engineering, and Process Development teams to ensure seamless production runs
• Participate in troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience in a GMP-regulated biopharmaceutical or biotechnology production environment, ideally within cell and gene therapy or advanced therapy medicinal products (ATMPs)
• Strong knowledge of aseptic techniques, cleanroom operations, and cell culture processes
• Familiarity with relevant analytical and in-process testing techniques
• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to quality and compliance
• Flexible and adaptable – comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing setting
• Open to both early-career professionals and seasoned experts in the field
