About the Mission:

We are seeking a highly experienced Enterprise SAP Solution Architect to support a major transformation programme in Belgium. This is a freelance position ideal for a senior professional with deep expertise across key SAP modules including Finance (FI/CO), Human Resources (HCM), Project Management (PM), Infrastructure, and Asset Management (EAM/PM). Experience with the most modern SAP facets are essential.

As an SAP Solution Architect, you will play a crucial role in shaping the architecture roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals, and leading the design and integration of SAP solutions across various domains. This role requires someone who can operate at both strategic and technical levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and lead the SAP solution architecture across Finance, HR, PM, Infra, and Asset Management modules.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into scalable SAP solutions.
• Guide end-to-end solution design, integration, and implementation in complex enterprise environments.
• Provide architectural governance and ensure alignment with SAP best practices and enterprise architecture standards.
• Support project teams, review functional/technical designs, and ensure cohesive solution delivery.
• Manage dependencies across SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Stay current with SAP innovations (e.g. S/4HANA) and assess applicability to the enterprise roadmap.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as an SAP Solution Architect on large enterprise programmes.
• Strong functional and architectural knowledge across:
• Finance (FI/CO)
• Human Resources (SAP HCM/SuccessFactors)
• Project Management (SAP PS)
• Infrastructure and Asset Management (SAP EAM, PM)
• Experience working on S/4HANA transformations is highly desirable.
• Ability to engage with senior business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns and methodologies (e.g. TOGAF is a plus).
• Strong communication skills in French Or Dutch
