We’ve replaced slow, manual A/B testing with an AI engine that runs continuous experiments, learns from every visitor, and adapts in real time.

We’re early, moving fast, backed by top angels from SaaS, AI, and ecommerce and already powering big wins for brands that scale hard and smart. The opportunity is huge, and we need someone to help us grab it.

What you’ll do

• Lead and execute founder-priority projects across marketing, growth, and operations.
• Help design and run go-to-market experiments - from ads to events.
• Shape and refine our brand voice, positioning, and content.
• Coordinate between product, marketing, and sales so nothing falls through the cracks.
• Prepare materials for partnerships, investors, and big customer pitches.
• Act as a strategic sparring partner, challenge our thinking, push us forward.

What we’re looking for

• Grit, curiosity, and the ability to figure stuff out fast.
• Proven ability to move from big-picture thinking to hands-on execution.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• Comfort working at speed, in ambiguity, and with shifting priorities.
• Bonus: experience in marketing, growth, SaaS, AI, or ecommerce.

This is not an “easy” role. You’ll be everywhere: one day running a campaign for Shoptalk, the next mapping our next market move, then helping launch a new product feature. You’ll learn more in a year than most roles offer in three - and your fingerprints will be on every part of Dalton’s story.
