ARHS Group - part of Accenture - is looking for an experienced IT Functional Analyst specializing in SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) and SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) to join the dynamic team of our client. This role requires on-site presence two days per week: every Tuesday and one additional day of your choice (both days are mandatory).
With a minimum of 15 years of experience, the ideal candidate will bring a wealth of expertise to ensure the smooth operation, enhancement, and customization of our SAP environment.
Understanding of Jira, Confluence, and Agile methodologies is needed to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Role & responsibilities
Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Customizing SAP: Configure and customize SAP SD and GTS modules to meet business needs.
Technical Specifications: Prepare detailed functional specifications for developers, ensuring seamless integration and efficient system performance.
Testing & Validation: Conduct unit testing, coordinate integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP SD and GTS, providing timely support to end users. Level 3 support if the SAP Helpdesk is requesting help.
Master Data Management: Collaborate with business stakeholders to design and maintain master data structures for products and pricing, ensuring alignment with business needs.
Project Participation: Actively contribute to Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Documentation: Maintain up-to-date documentation using Jira and Confluence for all processes and system changes.
Qualifications
Your profile
Experience: Minimum of 15 years in SAP functional analysis, with specific focus on Sales & Distribution and Global Trade Services.
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
Languages: Fluency in English is required; knowledge of French and Dutch is a plus.
Methodology: Demonstrated experience with Agile project management practices.
Autonomy: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
Team Player: Proven ability to collaborate in a cross-functional team environment.

Technical Skills
Expertise in SAP SD: In-depth knowledge of order-to-cash processes, pricing, billing, and shipping functionalities. Knowledge of variant configuration.
Expertise in SAP GTS: Proficient in trade compliance, customs management, and risk management functionalities.
Customizing Experience: Proven ability to design, implement, and maintain system configurations.
Technical Collaboration: Experience in writing functional specifications for ABAP developers and collaborating on technical design.
Master Data Expertise: Strong understanding of product and pricing master data and its role in business operations.
Agile Tools: Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for project management and documentation.
Familiarity with integration points between SAP SD, GTS, and other SAP modules (e.g., MM, FI/CO).
