In this role, you will: Provide high-level technical assistance across the full product portfolio Collaborate with clients to resolve queries promptly and professionally Document solutions, contribute to technical knowledge bases, and support ongoing process improvements Work closely with engineering and product teams to relay customer feedback and drive product enhancements If you possess strong technical skills, a solutions-driven mindset, and a passion for customer satisfaction — we'd love to hear from you. Deliver technical consultations and training sessions to internal teams and clients, both remotely and on-site. Prepare technical and commercial proposals. Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on the operation and maintenance of company products. Coordinate the preparation, translation, and availability of all technical documentation. Handle and monitor customer complaints and claims. Evaluate and enhance claims-handling and warranty processes, identifying recurring issues to improve product quality. Collaborate with relevant departments to forecast spare parts requirements. Work with the product development team to implement updates. Report regularly to your line manager on technical support performance and insights. Essential: A degree in chemical technology, engineering, or a related technical discipline. Professional proficiency in Dutch, French, and English. A valid driving licence. Desirable Skills and Competencies: Strong initiative and self-motivation, with excellent organisational skills. Fluent and articulate in both written and spoken communication. High level of technical literacy and comprehension.
