Senior Property Manager

Robert Half is currently looking for a Senior Property Manager ad interim (m/f/x).

Our client is located in Brussels region.

As Senior Property Manager ad interim you will be responsible for:

• Oversee operational aspects of residential and commercial properties.
• Ensure maintenance and operate within the set budget.
• Act as point of contact for tenants: address concerns, negotiate lease agreements, implements policies that enhance tenant satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate closely with owners and investors: provide regular updates on property performance, market trends, potential areas for growth or improvement.
• Recruit and manage a new team

As Senior Property Manager ad interim you will have the following qualifications:

• Proven experience in property management
• Excellent stakeholder management
• Trilingual
