Corporate Finance Analyst

Robert Half Talent Solutions is currently looking for a Corporate Finance Analyst (m/f/x) for a permanent position based in Leuven .

Our client is a fast growing company active in the energy sector .

As Corporate Finance Analyst (m/f/x) you will be responsible for:

• Manage banking relationships and ensure optimal use of bank products and services;
• Support investment, external debt and intercompany debt management , including compliance with covenants;
• Support treasury system improvements and automation initiatives , including implementation of payment tools and SAP integration;
• Support the roll out of a companywide international multi-currency cash pooling and inhouse bank arrangements;
• Monitor daily cash positions and coordinate funding across multiple bank accounts and entities. Oversee and manage the company's domestic and international payment processes;
• Execute treasury transactions including guarantee issuances, fund transfers, term deposits, FX deals, intercompany loans, monitor the hedging portfolio, execute the treasury policy;
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and regulatory requirements;
• Collaborate with accounting, tax, controlling and legal teams on treasury-related matters;
• First point of contact within the organization for treasury related matters.

The required profile for the Corporate Finance Analyst (m/f/x) position:

• Master degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field;
• Minimum 5 years of experience in treasury or corporate finance. corporate banking or financial consulting, preferably within energy, infrastructure, or capital-intensive industries;
• Fluent in English;
• Strong understanding of cash management, banking products, financial markets, and debt/investment instruments;
• Proficiency in SAP (or equivalent) and Microsoft Excel;
• Strong knowledge of global payment methods, bank platforms, and treasury controls;
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills;
• Familiarity with renewable energy project structures and funding mechanisms is a plus.
