About The Role

We’re supporting a dynamic pharmaceutical company in their search for a skilled Medical Representative to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven professional passionate about improving patient outcomes through strategic engagement with healthcare providers.

The Role In this field-based role, you’ll manage a defined territory, promoting a diverse portfolio across primary and secondary care. You’ll act as a trusted medical partner to general practitioners, specialists, and pharmacists—building lasting relationships, executing tailored business strategies, and contributing meaningfully to healthcare delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote a broad product portfolio to HCPs and pharmacists
• Develop and implement territory-specific strategies to achieve sales targets
• Analyse business performance and identify opportunities for growth
• Represent the organisation at educational and scientific events
• Provide insights from the field to inform broader commercial efforts

Requirements:

• Degree in Pharmacy, Science, Business, or a related discipline
• 3–5 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• Proven skills in negotiation, account management, and digital engagement
• Strong commercial acumen and a service-oriented approach
• Proficiency with CRM systems and analytics tools
• Growth mindset and ability to thrive in a collaborative, agile environment
