ADLC is an Antwerp-based start-up revolutionizing drone logistics. Founded in 2021, we completed the world’s first dangerous-goods drone transport in a port environment in 2024. Today, our drones fly daily express missions across the Port of Antwerp, and we proudly hold the “2024 Supply Chain Start-Up of the Year” title. Central to scaling our service worldwide is a seamless software experience—one that makes every flight, order, and operational decision feel effortless.

The Role

As our first dedicated UI/UX Designer, you will:

• Help define the product experience across all customer-facing portals and internal tools—ordering interfaces, pilot dashboards, management consoles, and green-field features still in concept.
• Map user journeys, wireframe, prototype, and hand off polished designs in Figma that engineers can translate to code without friction.
• Collaborate closely on-site with a small tech team, operational staff, and end-users to gather rapid feedback and iterate.
• Champion intuitive interaction patterns so users—whether logistics managers or drone pilots—achieve their goals on the first attempt.

This position is primarily on location at our Antwerp office and will be executed part time (2.5 days per week).

Who You Are

• You have 2+ years of experience designing web applications or SaaS tools with complex workflows.
• You have significant experience in using Figma and deep knowledge of UI/UX best practices.
• You have a proven ability to turn real-world feedback into clear, intuitive interfaces.
• You are comfortable collaborating in a fast-moving start-up: independent, organized, and proactive.
• You are fluent in English; enthusiasm for drone technology and modern logistics is a plus.
