About the Role


As our Revenue Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing revenue operations for our clients. Your work will directly impact our clients’ go-to-market strategy and will impact sales, marketing, and customer success teams. You will bring BONANA’s customers structure in GTM processes, improve playbooks, and enable data-driven decision-making.


You’ll be part of the Belgium branch and work directly with the two co-founders Martijn & Jasey to build the foundation of our RevOps service offerings in the HubSpot eco-system and set the standard for how to deliver top-notch services to our clients.

We’re looking for an experienced HubSpot specialist with a passion for go-to-market and Revenue Operations. This is a great chance for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset that wants to learn the ins and outs of how commercial organisations set up their data, systems & processes and learn first hand what it is to build out an agency.


What Success Looks Like


  • Get our clients to adopt a revenue operations mindset; a data-driven mindset and decision making process to plan, execute, review & adjust their go-to-market
  • Implement the systems, processes & technology while manage change, people & projects
  • Knows the ins- and outs of HubSpot OR eager enough to learn them and go into the details when needed.


Key Responsibilities


  • Tech Implementation and Optimization: Set up and configure HubSpot or other commercial tech to align with client goals, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams & efficient workflows for user to get sh*t done easy.
  • Data Insights and Reporting: Build dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights into marketing, sales & service performance.
  • Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in clients setup, workflows & data and recommend solutions.
  • Enablement: Train client teams on tools, processes, and best practices to ensure adoption.
  • Collaboration: Partner with internal and client stakeholders to align RevOps initiatives with broader business objectives.


Qualifications


  • Experience: 2–4 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or similar roles, preferably in a SaaS or professional services environment. Go-to-market experience in sales, marketing or customer success is a HUGE plus.
  • HubSpot Expertise is a must: Advanced knowledge HubSpot, preferably an expert in one or more hubs (specialised in Marketing Hub is a plus)
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data, generate insights, and recommend actionable strategies.
  • Process-Oriented: Proven experience optimizing processes for scalability, efficiency & above all, effectiveness.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present complex information clearly and get people on board.
  • Mindset: Self-starter with a collaborative, problem-solving attitude and a passion for delivering client success. The wish of having your own business one day is a big plus.
  • Language: Fluency in English and Dutch is a must (both written and spoken). French is a plus.
