Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Commercial Director/Head of Growth based in Leuven, with some work-from-home flexibility. The individual will be responsible for driving business growth and scaling commercial success. Key tasks include developing and executing business plans, managing commercial operations, leading the sales strategy, and overseeing international team management.


This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic startup environments, combines strategic vision with executional excellence, and is passionate about reshaping movement health. You'll be tasked with managing the full commercial funnel, driving marketing strategies, optimizing the end-to-end sales journey, and identifying levers for revenue growth.


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or commercial operations — preferably in the space of SaaS, MedTech, or SportsTech
  • A strong track record of growing commercial functions in startup or scale-up environments
  • Deep understanding of marketing and sales funnel metrics, lead generation, and CRM integrations
  • An analytical mind that thrives on measuring what matters, but also a builder's mindset to test and execute fast
  • Strong proficiency in English
  • Experience collaborating across GTM, product, clinical, and executive teams
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven track record in driving business growth
  • Passion for movement health, injury recovery, sports performance, or digital health innovation
  • Bonus: Background in physical therapy, biomechanics, kinesiology, or sports science
