Payroll Officer

Sci-Rec are currently partnered with a market leading retail organisation on a Regional Payroll & Benefits Officer.

After a period of major transformation, our client are looking for a new team member to join them in reshaping their processes and helping them to lift HR service delivery to the next level. The successful candidate will assist with day-to-day support and execution of monthly payroll and benefits processes in addition to performing and managing audits to ensure payroll compliance and effectiveness.

Key responsibilities include:

• Payroll Processing Management
• Coordination of benefits policy administration across European countries
• Maintaining and managing payroll and benefits policies and procedures
• Leading Payroll & Benefits related strategic projects
• Driving and implementing continuous improvement initiatives
