h1PowerShell Automation Engineer /h1pbAbout the Role /b /ppWe are seeking a skilled PowerShell Automation Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing infrastructure automation components using Windows PowerShell. /ppbResponsibilities /b /pulliAutomation experience (PowerShell scripting) /liliArchitect/Implement the scripting solution /liliDevelops scripts, PowerShell Scripts for automation /liliAssist in setting up, deployment and automation for Cloud migration activities /liliDevelop - installation, configuration procedures, runbooks and contributing to the maintenance of operational standards /liliWindows baseline hardening - Implement security measures /liliAWS Windows AMI - Scanning, reporting, and documenting expert /liliIdentify and resolve Migration related issues (Azure / AWS) /liliAssist in designing and deploying new systems /liliExperience with Windows/Linux OS and scripting languages /liliTroubleshoot and resolve support tickets prioritized by the Production Engineer Manager /liliAssist with server and environment audits to ensure compliance with established standards, policies, and configuration guidelines /liliParticipate in functional and technical meetings throughout the development life cycle /liliIdentify recurring issues and drive automated resolution behind them /li /ulpbRequirements /b /pulli8 years of experience in the IT field with a mix of systems engineering and software development/scripting experience /lili4 years of scripting experience on cloud (Azure/AWS) /liliStrong in PowerShell (1 requirement) /liliExperience in Scripting, Windows PowerShell Scripting for automation /liliExperience with Windows Server 2016, 2012, 2008, Windows OS Infrastructure /liliStrong written and verbal communication skills /liliPreferred Azure/AWS Certified Solutions Architect strong experience on Azure / AWS Cloud formations and Windows PowerShell /liliBachelor's Degree is preferred. Work Experience will be considered in lieu of a Degree /li /ulpbAdditional Information /b /ppWe are looking for someone with heavy scripting and PowerShell expertise. /p
