Senior IT Strategist - Technology Roadmap & Delivery Lead

h1IT Program Manager /h1pWe are seeking an experienced IT program manager to lead our technology roadmap and drive delivery execution across the organization. /ppbAbout the Role: /b /ppThis is a critical position that requires a strong background in IT strategy, project management, and delivery. As the central point of contact between business and technology, you will align initiatives with strategic objectives, prioritize projects, manage cross-functional delivery, and ensure measurable outcomes. /ppbKey Responsibilities: /b /pulliDefine and maintain the IT strategic roadmap in alignment with business goals /liliWork closely with stakeholders to identify emerging needs and ensure roadmap relevance /liliMonitor technological trends to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement /liliOversee the full IT project portfolio, ensuring the right prioritization and resource allocation /liliEvaluate and manage project risks, dependencies, and trade-offs to support informed decision-making /liliEstablish governance processes for project intake, selection, and performance monitoring /liliManage colleagues executing projects (~10 people) /liliTrack and report delivery KPIs, timelines, budgets, and outcomes /li /ulpbRequirements: /b /ppTo be successful in this role, you will need: /pulliA bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, business, or a related field /liliMinimum 5+ years of experience in IT leadership or IT program management roles /liliExperience in logistics, supply chain, or retail domains (and understanding of these processes) is required /liliA strong background in IT strategy, project/portfolio management, and delivery /liliProven ability to lead cross-functional teams /liliExperience with agile and traditional project methodologies /li /ulpbAdditional Information: /b /ppThe ideal candidate will have a broad IT technical background and be able to manage people. This is a freelance contract with a duration of 12 months, with the possibility of extension. The work will be based in West Flanders, with onsite policy of 3 days per week and 40 hours per week. /p
