Organisation Design Consultant / Business Process Analyst Required for large Business Transformation programme, based in Antwerp.

Organisational Design

Our client is a large and well known Industrial company, based in Antwerp. The client is undergoing a large business change process, driven by changes in industrial processes and in order to be a much Greener and more environmentally friendly company.

As part of this transformation, the client is redesigning their business processes and require help and support. The role is to be a blend of Business Process Design and Requirements Analysis, looking at the current state of play and helping to plan how to move to new ways of working.

About You

We require an expert in Business Transformation. This role is NOT an IT role, it is a Business Transformation role and; as such, we need people who are experts in looking at organisational design.

Requirement

• Facilitate workshops
• Build Requirements
• Design Organisational charts and flow charts
• Map Processes
• Help with the execution of solutions.

This is not an IT role and the preference would be for a candidate with experience in industrial manufacturing or similar environments.

The client is based in central Antwerp with large industrial sites near by, you will be working a hybrid role, 50/50 onsite and remote.

The working environment is in English, therefore you must be able to speak English to a professional standard.
