Senior Software Engineer

Locations: Belgium (Brussels / Leuven / Gent) / London

Salary: 150k / year + 0.5% equity

We're currently hiring a key early team member to join us, either in Belgium or London, to help shape the next phase of our product and company.

About the Role

You’ll join a lean, fast-moving team where you’ll build core features end-to-end, from shaping rough ideas into solid specs to delivering polished, production-ready experiences across the frontend, backend, and AI stack.

We're looking for a strong generalist who’s comfortable with ambiguity, takes initiative, and thrives in a high-trust, high-impact environment.

Our Stack

• Frontend: React / Next.js
• Backend: Node, TypeScript, Postgres (and some Python)

We’re tech-agnostic where it counts: if a tool is right for the job, we use it.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• Proven track record building products end-to-end (frontend + backend), preferably in a startup setting
• Strong experience with modern web stacks (React, Node.js, SQL)
• Experience working with LLMs, agentic workflows, or a strong desire to learn
• Pragmatic, action-oriented, and excited to wear many hats in an early-stage environment
