Project Manager

Location: Belgium (required)

Seniority Level: 3-5 years 

We are looking for a driven and technically-minded Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects in the Space industry. You will play a key role in connecting technical development with operational execution and will join a fast-growing and vibrant scale up. 

 What You'll Do 

• Collaborate closely with engineers and developers to plan and manage technical projects, ensuring progress, milestones, and deliverables are achieved. 
• Review and prepare technical documentation with engineering teams, while managing project resources and timelines. 
• Organize and lead internal progress reviews and stakeholder meetings to keep all parties aligned and informed. 
• Represent the project externally at events, meetings, and presentations, working hand in hand with the sales team when necessary 

 What We're Looking For 

• Proven experience in project management in a technical environment, ideally within the space or aviation industry working on deals with ESA or similar organizations. 
• Solid understanding of engineering workflows, and the ability to engage with technical teams. 
• Familiarity with space debris tracking, star trackers, or SSA is a strong asset. 
• Strong communication and organizational skills. You show ownership of your tasks and go the extra mile to make sure your projects are well maintained 
• Comfortable with travel for events, conferences, and client visits. 
• Must be based in Belgium or willing to relocate. 

Technical and education assets

• Master level in engineering (mechanical, mechatronic, aerospace or similar) 
• Proficiency with Python. Other programming languages are a plus 
• Comfortable working with observational datasets and performing data processing tasks. 
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
